Lady Sovereign "9 to 5"

Add me to the list of folks who are at least interested in this potty-mouthed Limey and her debut full-length "Public Warning." Admittedly, I'm not a huge homer for hip hop, but this does indeed have a different feel than the gold grill & Courvoisier tripe currently passing for rap music. It just has a newish flare, with equal doses of grit and humor. And her working class upbringing gives a cut like '9 to 5' a certain authenticity, particularly to those of us who continue to slog it out.
