The understated but momentous record selections of Miss Kittin (and her sometime cohort The Hacker) single-handedly transformed my aesthetic preferences in the realm of DJ sets; particularly on the Radio Caroline disc, which is essential. Equal parts electro, techno, and minimal glitch are combined with everything in between, all the while kept just below the boiling point until the pressure becomes just intense.
