Flat Duo Jets

If you've ever thought that rawness of the White Stripes make them the freshest-sounding thing on commercial radio, you're right. But lest you think that Jack's vision a new one, you'll enjoy acquainting yourself with back-catalog of the Flat Duo Jets, and the soundtrack to Two Headed Cow is a great place to start. Its been a long time coming, but its good to see the Flat Duo Jets getting the historical perspective they deserve. As important to garage rock as The Clash are to punk, the too-little seen documentary Two Headed Cow chronicles FDJ founder Dexter Romweber's life and times, and left fans begging for some of its unreleased gems. Prayers apparently have been answered, and the world is a better place for it.
